The Graying of the Energy Conversion Industry

A few weeks ago I attended the joint Magnetics 2014/Motor & Drive Systems 2014 Conference in Orlando, FL. It was a pleasure to see many old friends and colleagues, some of whom I have known since I was a bushy-haired undergraduate electrical engineering student at the University of Dayton in the mid-1980s.
